FOG CUTTER CAPITAL GROUP, INC.’S FATBURGER UNIT OFFERS A MAUI-BANANA SHAKE, BRINGING THE TASTE OF HAWAII TO FATBURGER

(PORTLAND, OR) – May 20, 2008 – Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.'s (OTCBB: FCCG) Fatburger unit is offering a limited-time promotion on the Maui-Banana Shake, made with real tropical flavors.  The Maui-Banana shake was Fatburger’s largest selling shake promotion of 2007.

The promotion begins on May 19th and will continue through September 28th.  All Fatburger locations – company-owned as well as franchisee-owned – will be offering these promotions to their customers.   

Other flavors of shakes offered by Fatburger include: Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla.  All Fatburger shakes use hand-scooped real ice cream and are topped with whipped cream.
