“At Fatburger, we’re proud to uphold a 55-year commitment to taste and quality in every burger we serve to every guest.  We proudly use only 100 percent, fresh, lean beef from grain-fed steers raised in the United States.

To ensure this continued quality, we exceed industry standards with proprietary specifications and procedures.  Every batch of Fatburger’s premium beef undergoes pre- and post-testing by our meat supplier’s in-house laboratories before distribution and use at our locations.  Additionally, we have our beef  checked during distribution.  We also contract with independent laboratories to test our beef once it reaches our stores.  Finally, Fatburger and its beef suppliers work closely with the USDA to maintain exceptional safety standards in beef processing and production.
